Having a worldview makes it more challenging to explain a particular type, especially among Christians or historians. A worldview is the way a person perceives the world around them. It acts as a lens through which they interpret beliefs, biases, culture, religion, and other aspects of life. For Christians, Scripture serves as their filter for understanding the world. Although it may sound unusual, religion generally functions as a filter for how individuals should live.  Now, for history, the question comes: should your worldview affect how history is perceived?      YES! A person's worldview shapes their perceptions, but they should remain conscious of their own biases.  This is the struggle among all historians, as one thinks their view is correct over another's.
